Data Subject Rights
How we handle access, erasure, restriction, objection (DSAR process).
Effective date: April 3, 2026. This document describes how data subjects can exercise their rights under GDPR Articles 15-22.
Your Rights
Right of Access (Art. 15): Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Right to Erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”). We process erasure requests within 30 days. Data is pseudonymized immediately and permanently deleted from backups within 90 days.
Right to Restriction (Art. 18): Request that we limit processing of your data while a dispute is resolved.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).
Right to Object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including analytics.

Or email contact@intellimark.net with subject “DSAR Request”. We verify your identity via email confirmation before processing.
Response Times
We respond within 30 calendar days. Complex requests may be extended by 60 additional days with notification. All requests are logged in our DSAR register for accountability.
