Consent & Objection
How consent and withdrawal work; right to object.
Effective date: April 3, 2026. This document describes how consent works on our platform and how to withdraw it.
Where We Rely on Consent
Analytics cookies: Matomo usage analytics are only activated after you click “Accept All” on the cookie banner. You can withdraw at any time via Settings > Cookie Preferences or the Legal page.
Survey responses: Survey respondents give consent when submitting their response (via the PII consent checkbox). They can request erasure of their response at any time.
Location data: Geo-coordinates are only collected from survey respondents who explicitly enable location sharing in their browser.
How to Withdraw Consent
For analytics cookies: Click “Cookie Settings” on the Legal page and select “Necessary Only”. Matomo tracking stops immediately and existing cookies are deleted.
For survey data: Submit a data subject request via our DSAR form.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Right to Object (Art. 21)
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds. To object, email contact@intellimark.net.
