We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Intellimark Group LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not participate in data broker activities.
Categories of Personal Information Collected
Identifiers: Name, email address, organization affiliation (from account registration).
Internet activity: Page views, feature usage (only with analytics consent via Matomo, self-hosted).
Professional information: Job title, department, role (if provided in profile).
Survey responses: Responses submitted by survey respondents (collected on behalf of our customers, who are the businesses conducting the surveys).
California Residents' Rights
Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell PI, so this right is satisfied by default.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights.
